2- The glasses packaging (stickers and plastic on the lens) must not be removed.
3- Return within: 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment. The customer bears the return shipping fee to the store, 30 riyals, round trip, 30 riyals.
4- Replacement within: 3 working days upon receipt of the shipment. The customer bears the return shipping fee to the store of 30 riyals and sending the product back to him of 30 riyals.
5- The shipment to be replaced or returned must be delivered to the shipping company specified by the iOptic Store customer service within 48 hours.
6- It takes 7-10 working days for the amount to be refunded to your account after receiving the returned shipment.
